Eight years abroad
changed everything.

Born in Syangja, Nepal, I spent more than eight years as a migrant worker in Saudi Arabia and the UAE — learning firsthand the financial pressure, exploitation and isolation that millions of Nepali workers live with every day.
That experience became the work. In 2018 I founded Way To Success to provide the knowledge, tools and community I never had. Today we are an 18-person organisation operating across Nepal and the UAE, and the training has reached workers in Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.
